Our selling process is simple. First, enter your items into our quotation system to get an instant offer. Then accept the offer if you're happy with it. Next, send your items to us using our free shipping service. Finally, once we receive and verify your items, we'll pay you the next working day!

Package your items securely to prevent damage during transit. For books, stack them flat with heaviest at the bottom. For CDs, DVDs and games, ensure they're in their original cases and wrap them with bubble wrap or similar protective material. Check our packaging guidelines for more details.

We'll pay you the next working day after we've verified your items. We offer payments via bank transfer or PayPal. The money usually appears in your account within 1-2 business days after we process the payment.
